Jen was pretty much always available for a viewing in a a market where seeing something soon could make the difference between getting in an offer and getting locked out of the process. She got me disclosures and hoa bylaws for every property I was interested in and then walked me through the best offer strategy to close on the condo of my dreams. Her communication style is very kind and she is a market expert giving comps for properties before making an offer. She’s very professional and her negotiation skills won us the condo.
