She was great on continuing to walk us through every step of the process. She was knowledgeable about the market. She provided us with a spreadsheet to explain the net cash we could expect to receive. She was excellent at communicating about the myriad of documents we needed to sign and the process. Becky was great at walking us through our options throughout the process.
