This is our second time working with Terry and he is just great to work with! He is efficient, extremely knowledgeable about the market, super friendly and goes the extra mile for his clients. He responds immediately to text messages, keeps you up to date on showings and offers (if you are selling), is easy to talk to when you have questions (or a million questions in our case), and made us feel confident and at ease in selling our home. We were out of town when our home was listed and there were multiple showings while we were gone. Terry kept us informed everyday of what was happening, what time showings were scheduled and gave us updates when offers and feedback came in. We wanted to sell it quickly and it did!! We cannot thank him enough for such a wonderful streamlined process. From listing to closing, everything went without a hitch! We will be contacting Terry again when we go to buy our new home!
