Janel is an amazing realtor. She has excellent experience and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She works hard from start to finish and, even after closing, is proactive and available if problems arise. She stepped in and took care of a major problem that was identified after closing with the property. She went to check on the property multiple times after closing to make sure the property was still in good condition and not damaged until the problem that was unexpectedly identified after closing was resolved. She also proceeded to correct the problem and restore the property to working conditions. As she said, she is in it for the long haul! Absolutely amazing realtor!!! I am speechless as to all she did for me as the buyer not only throughout the real estate transaction but even after closing when a problem arose. Joe was a great realtor to work with. He is knowledgeable about lakefront properties and willing to go the extra mile for his clients.
