He quickly responded to our initial inquiry, showed up to our house the next day, highly prepared with comps and info to get us top money. He talked me through some issues (selling can be stressful!), did lots of due-diligence concerning our property lines, and kept us on course. He was always professional, and kept us informed as needed. We sold above an already aggressive asking price. In 1 day! Enough said. Thank you Stephen!!

Steve went above and beyond for us. We were first time home buyers and from our first meeting he helped us know what to expect and what over various important items to help us grow our knowledge. Steve had prompt and timely communication. We viewed a lot of homes over FaceTime as we were moving from out of state and Steve went above and beyond making sure we had a great understanding of what the houses looked like, the size of the rooms, and made sure all major structures and water heaters, etc were in good shape. He has an excellent knowledge of the market and is keeping you up to date on any new properties that hit that market that match your criteria. He is also an excellent negotiator and helps you put together an offer that is fair and competitive. We will definitely be using Steve again for any of our realtor needs.

From our first meeting, I felt very comfortable with Steve by his very personable and laid-back style. For sure he was very knowledgeable of the real estate business and confident that he would be able to sell my condo for a decent price. He explained the process of marketing and selling my condo and answered all my questions as they came up.
