Professional that is always willing to continue build relationships and share his knowledge even if there is not a home to sale. Not only is he our realtor but we consider him our friend because of the years of loyalty that he has shown to our family.

Tim was very helpful. He did video walkthroughs for me when I wasn't able to be there and was very good at digging up potentially useful information that wasn't in the listing. Fully willing to walk away from a deal, which saved me at least once. Also he knows folks in other jobs/industries that can help if you need them (inspectors, electricians, lawyers, etc.). 10/10 Would recommend
