Would recommend, has a guy for everything

Tim was very helpful. He did video walkthroughs for me when I wasn't able to be there and was very good at digging up potentially useful information that wasn't in the listing. Fully willing to walk away from a deal, which saved me at least once. Also he knows folks in other jobs/industries that can help if you need them (inspectors, electricians, lawyers, etc.). 10/10 Would recommend
