We were referred by Scott's previous happy clients. We think that we were a challenging couple to work with, given the multiple balls we were juggling during the time of this sale. Scott had the patience of Job. Significant, unusual roadblocks (nobody's fault ) seem to pop up in and around the sale. Scott was in control and smoothly took care of all of them. In all likelihood, we would have punted on the home, except for Scott's calm, patient guidance and professionalism. He seemed to anticipate things that we wouldn't have - and handled them. Always one step ahead of the game, he saved us a lot of time and anxious moments. In our experience, this kind of 6 star realtor service is (unfortunately) uncommon. We cannot recommend the Scott Langa highly enough. Thank you Scott (and Jan) for making our Florida home a reality. We will buy our next home in Florida from you.
