Tom was amazing, we found my home on the very first time looking at homes. Not only did he and Sandy help me through the transaction, Tom helped me with utilities, HOA key fobs and locate vendors to help me with some minor repairs. I am greatly pleased with my experience with Sandy and Tom. This wasn’t the first time I sold a property but it was the first time I sold a Trust property. This was my parents’ house of 56 years and both had passed away. I needed to appease the other beneficiaries. Not only did I have the turmoil of cleaning out 56 years of stuff but I was also letting go of my childhood home.
