She was so on top of everything, knew the answer to any question we had, advocated for us, laid down the law when needed, and even acted as part therapist at times haha! She continually checked in to see how we were mentally and emotionally doing, what we needed, and how things were going with our home search out of state. The contractors she recommended as we were getting the house ready to sell were amazing and only had the best things to say about her. Her network is truly skilled, professional, and personable, just like her. There was clearly mutual respect on both sides. She communicated consistently not just with our buyer’s agent and lender, but also with the agents (both buying and selling) with our Minnesota home, updating them on the status of our sale in CA. Michelle made the stressful process so smooth and seamless-it truly felt like she did everything and we sat back and watched it happen, signing all the things where necessary.
