We worked with her mostly remotely. Liana was very responsive, personable and experienced. She worked hard for us. She visited several properties for video walk throughs and coordinated with several vendors for inspections and bids. She has a great eye for improvement potential and has a full book of referrals. She negotiated well for us and we were able to get the property we were looking for. We hope to work with her again.
