This review is long overdue! Lauren helped my brother and me sell our rental condominium in orange. I took a chance and sought out Lauren from her Yelp reviews. Wow, I'm sure glad the reviews were accurate! Lauren hit the ground running and started preparing even before our tenants moved out. As soon as our tenants moved out, Lauren had the necessary repairs made and had an open house scheduled that first weekend the condo was vacant. We only needed one open house. We received multiple offers over asking price and sold the condo within a week. Lauren negotiated for a short escrow. And helped the other agent (who seemed like a novice) through the process to get us to close. My brother and I only made one mortgage payment while the unit was vacant (which was one of our concerns - paying months of a mortgage on a rental property without a good offer) before the condo was completely sold. Lauren knows the area, knows the real estate market, and knows her clients. You will not be disappointed if you choose Lauren.

First, let me just say, Aaron is a great guy. He makes you laugh and feel at ease. He never pressured us toward making a purchase because he really cared that we would end up in the home we wanted. Hello, I wanted to take the time, to let everyone know how my experience with Cindy McCormick went. First I would like to mention how professional she was during my sell of my home. She is deffenintly looking out for your best interest. She continually kept. me in the loop on everything. She also worked hard on all my requests.. The transaction went very smooth. After closing Cindy came to my home with a beautiful thank you gift. Cindy knew after closing I would be driving to another state. Again she met me and came with a small cooler of healthy snacks, sandwiches, cheese , snack bars, yogurt, carrots and juices. On my travels I only stopped for gas. Cindy sure made my road trip so much easier. The night before I left we met for dinner, again Cindy wanted to pay. I tried but she insisted. So I say who does all this? Cindy McCormick that's who.!
