This is my 7th home sale over 45 years and was an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to Ryan. He knows the market and exactly what to do to maximize the sale price with the minimum required investment. He general contracted the primarily cosmetic work we did to freshen up the house, and had great ideas for relatively small things that really brought the house into the present. Ryan is a consummate professional with excellent communication and people skills, which are of course essential to make this process work. The market had been really slow, but we sold in 10 days for well over the asking price with multiple offers. The return on our investment in updates was at least a factor of four.

We were selling my Mother-in-Laws house in Santa Barbara. The three sisters were owners of the house and on the recommendation of the sister and brother-in-law who live in Santa Barbara we met Ryan for the first time on our initial visit to Santa Barbara to explore our options. He even helped us with picking out fixtures and other accessories for the house. He made the process seamless as possible as my wife and I live in San Jose. He kept the family updated on the schedule of his vendors and the inevitable surprises that come along with fixing a house built in the 1960's. He is skilled at communication with his clients, vendors, and potential buyer. We unequivocally can recommend him as your Real Estate Salesperson. We think of him more as a friend after the experience navigating the preparation of the house for sale, negotiating the sale and dealing with family members. All family members were happy with the results and that is quite an accomplishment.
