Kimberly Davis was our buyers and sellers agent. I don't even know where to begin. Kim worked with us through some difficult situations with both buying and selling our home. It seemed as though we couldn't catch a break. But Kim stayed on top of everything and did any calling or researching necessary to help us make and get the best deals on both ends. We called ourselves her crazy clients because of the endless calls, texts and emails we sent to her. She was always fast to assure us that we weren't crazy and that she was there to help us at anytime, no matter what it took. We have ultimately decided to move back to Wisconsin and are really disappointed that Kim won't be able to be our agent out there. Even though she wasn't going to make any money from it, she spent more hours finding us an agent out there and answering our questions when we felt that things weren't going right with our WI agent. She really is the best and we are going to miss her!! Also, Jenn, in the office assisted her in helping us and was also a joy to work with! She also spent so much time and effort on our deals. Rex Jarnigan was always there in the background to answer any questions or offer his expert advice. Rex also handled the negotiations and did a fantastic job! Thank you all for your great service....don't know where we would have been without you!
