I was dealing with an estate that needed a lot of work, I was about to walk away and let the bank have the house. Then Renae was sent my way, she was the only realtor to want to list this house, she had people that would do some work on it without me having to invest my own funds, these workers agreed to wait for payment until we closed on the house. The house was listed on a Thursday evening, and she had 37 showings scheduled that first weekend, by Sunday we had an offer that was $11,000 over asking price.
