I would highly recommend Amber. She was always very prompt and patient when answering all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with her throughout the process of listing and selling my home. Amber had definitely done her market research and presented me with a folder with all the information. I had to have a couple of things done to the home and she provided referral sources for the professionals that I needed to hire. I appreciated that as I did not have the time to go searching on my own. Selling your home is a lot of work and Amber definitely made it easier. Aside from being professional, she's just a really nice person!
