We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Tim. Extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in helping us find the right home. Great video walkthroughs that made it so much easier to narrow things down, and he always made time to answer our (very many) questions. The whole process felt a lot less stressful thanks to his knowledge and experience and calm, friendly approach. We’re incredibly happy with the outcome and glad we had Tim in our corner!

Tim is extremely knowledgeable and fun to work with. He was available at pretty much all hours (within reason!) to answer our questions and give us updates, advice, and referrals. He also spent time going through listings of interest and making short video reviews so we could get a better idea of which houses we actually wanted to tour. I think I would have ripped all my hair out without Tim’s help through this process. My fiancé and I are super grateful for and happy with the work Tim did for us, and we made a new friend!! :)
