I currently live in SC but relocating to Venice Florida. On January 10th I received a link to this house from a friend that lives in the neighborhood I bought in. He said use Nicole Sampson, that’s who we used and we love her. I called Nicole at 10:00 am, we discussed the house and she was over there at 1:00 pm same day to virtually show me the house. She described the good and bad, there was no ugly….Next she got me connected to a lender she knew who was fantastic. She was with me every step of the way. She answered all my calls and texts and she was so professional, smart and diligent to make sure the house was perfect for me. Three weeks later I closed on my new home. That’s how efficient she is. Nicole went above and beyond our expectations. She was prompt with returning phone calls and keeping us up to date. She met us at our convenience and went out of her way in picking things up for us. She has many contacts to help assist with the home buying process. She is extremely prompt with returning calls and providing all the necessary paperwork for the process while taking the time to thoroughly explain everythin. We were purchasing a home from out of state and she offered to go well beyond the normal duties of a real estate agent to help assist and ease the process for us.
