Ours being a full remote buy and first home, Monica is our rockstar. She understood our needs and worked closely with us to find a place we can call home. She was extremely clear and concise during the process, and represented our interest better than anything. Monica was also a great support, easy to communicate with across a 3h time zone and went beyond and above to assist or jump in for us when we could not , being remote. Monica as agent was the best decision we could have made. For her continuous support we are ever grateful. Buying a house can be a stressful or scary process but but Monica took that right away and made it a breeze.
