Mollyana Ward has been an area resident since 2007. She and her late husband of 25 years, Rick Ward Sr. raised their three sons in the Wesley Chapel area. As a REALTOR®, Mollyana brokers one of Tampa’s premier Real Estate companies, Innovation Realty Group! Grounded in proper interpretation of the housing market, a tenacity to protect her clients' interests, savvy negotiation skills, cutting-edge marketing efforts, adept contract knowledge, and uncompromising integrity, Mollyana leads her team in this flourishing Florida Real Estate Market. Now an empty-nester, a ranch owner, and a “Gigi” to brand-new baby girl, she devotes much of her time tending to the ranch, spending time with family and giving back to the community. She currently serves as Director on the Florida Association of Realtors® Board and locally on the PRO REALTOR® Pasco County Chapter board. Broker and Founder Mollyana Ward sought to develop a brokerage based off the love, passion, and knowledge of her community, Wesley Chapel and Florida. As someone who observed the immense growth taking place in the greater Tampa Bay area, Florida’s Sports Coast, she also saw and experienced something unique. She observed a vast community with a small-town feel. A community that supported each other through good times and bad. Mollyana has always nurtured relationships in the community and when she and her three sons lost her husband to cancer in 2019, they experienced an outpouring of support from the community. Naturally, when Mollyana decided to start her own brokerage, she wanted to incorporate relationships, technology, the knowledge of community development with a passionate team of Realtors whose careers are built on heart and grit, not the bottom dollar. Outstanding in my darkest moments

Mollyana is the consummate professional. My wife of three months went home to the Lord due to cancer a week before my closing. Molly took care of all the things that needed to be done and the things I was not aware that needed to be done. Her goal was to make my closing go as smoothly as possible. Thanks Molly for being a true friend and a even better realtor.
