Michelle truly put in the time and effort to guide us through the ever fluctuating housing market. It was hard for us after being in our home for 58 years to think about selling and moving into a senior living apartment. Michelle is a very experienced realtor in the TC area who knows all the little tips and tricks. As first-time homebuyers we had a lot of questions, even about things that didn't strictly concern our relationship with her as a realtor, and she was more than willing to talk about them and give us advice on common issues or possible pitfalls. She gave us great advice on how to get our offer accepted in such a crazy market, and it took fewer than 5 offers to different houses to have one accepted!! She was always calm and kept us in the loop, and she always checked in to see if things were going well with the loan and such, even after we had the offer accepted and everything. We not only had a great experience with her as a realtor but would consider her a friend now.
