They both were available 24/7 to discuss our needs, and were able to communicate technical and confusing industry terms in simple and straightforward ways that we could understand. They went out of their way to mediate on our behalf with multiple entities, to include the lender, insurance, inspectors, the seller agents and others, allowing us to have a single point of contact to reach out to whenever we needed anything related to our upcoming house. They offered relevant insight on the properties we viewed, often times coming up with pro's and con's we had not thought of previously; all because they are so intimately familiar with this are of operations, not only geographically, but as a profession as well. They have a plethora of contacts in the area who are available for all kinds of things, some of them willing to help Laurie and Jim's clients pro bono with small issues, simply because they know this team is comprised of two amazing individuals who value loyalty and quality service. Laurie (and Jim) were the dream team for our home purchase. With our own busy schedules they made sure to be organized and prepared to make sure we would get the most value from our time during showings. This made that part of the process efficient and stress free. They were also never more than a text or phone call away whenever needed which was invaluable through the negotiation and closing process to be able to quickly communicate even if it was into the evening. As they like to say, they would advise and we would decide - which is a perfect balance to giving us insight and consulting but not pressuring a decision that we didn't want to make.
