A friend recommended Lauren to us when we found out we needed to move to Tucson. We came down for a short visit to look around and Lauren lined up several homes for us to look at in different neighborhoods and a variety of styles. She sent us listings of others homes and happily re-adjusted the target/visit list as we noted what we did or didn't like, or when we found something else of interest. She REALLY listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure about an area or home, she objectively discussed the pros and cons with us. In the end, in one day she showed us several homes we loved and we had our work cut out for us to pick the one that worked the best for us. Once we made an offer, she was right on top of the negotiations, paperwork, inspections, and making sure the purchase went smoothly. We did most of the work remotely and she rocked it. Texts, pictures, video...whatever we needed. Cannot say enough about how glad we were to have someone like her helping us with this process. We adore our new home. It's perfect for us.

Lauren helped sell our house in Tucson. She's an awesome realtor and a super great person too. In fact, one of the saddest things about leaving Tucson was that my wife and I became friends with her during the process of selling our home. She has an eye for quality; she's a great listener; and she has a top-notch team. We met Lauren through a mutual friend and when she told us what we could get for your house, we were floored. She gave us great suggestions on prepping our house for sale and even brought over some of her own things to make the entrance to the house more appealing. Several times she had to remind us that the house was priced right and that we needed some patience. We had lots of traffic and in just 21 days, we got the offer!We were so pleased with her work. She worked tirelessly to get us all ready to make a offer on our now current home so we could get the one we wanted and at the price we wanted. She really educated us as it had been 15 years since our last house purchase. We would recommend Lauren to first time homebuyers and even experienced buyers and seller. She did a great job for us.
