A friend recommended Lauren to us when we found out we needed to move to Tucson. We came down for a short visit to look around and Lauren lined up several homes for us to look at in different neighborhoods and a variety of styles. She sent us listings of others homes and happily re-adjusted the target/visit list as we noted what we did or didn't like, or when we found something else of interest. She REALLY listened to what we wanted, and when we weren't sure about an area or home, she objectively discussed the pros and cons with us. In the end, in one day she showed us several homes we loved and we had our work cut out for us to pick the one that worked the best for us. Once we made an offer, she was right on top of the negotiations, paperwork, inspections, and making sure the purchase went smoothly. We did most of the work remotely and she rocked it.
