We were referred to Jen from a friend. And we could not be happier with her effort and her vast knowledge from years of experience. We started looking at house a few years ago and decided to take a break with life events happening. During that time we told Jen that we were putting off the search and she was very accommodating. She continued to send us housing options throughout the years and when we finally decided to jump on a house we had to write an offer the day of. She was feeling ill while we asked for her help but she was still willing to get us the offer in on time. Through her experience she knew exactly how to handle the situation and we always felt we were getting the best bang for our buck. She was communicative and responsive during the whole process and made things very easy for us.

Jen was exceptionally well-versed in every aspect of the buying process. From viewing properties to negotiating the inspection, she impressed and excelled at every stage. Her work ethic, communication skills, and knowledge base are top tier. We felt extremely comfortable and confident with her driving the process. She did a wonderful job placing her clients' best interests at the forefront of the decision-making process and we greatly appreciated her honesty and consultative approach. I can't recommend Jen enough to any person looking to get serious about buying a great home.

We began working with Jennifer Singer in mid‑2024 on a friend's recommendation, initially in person and then long‑distance from Dallas, to secure housing in Denver in anticipation of a June 2026 move. From day one she demonstrated exceptional knowledge of Denver‑area neighborhoods and the local market. Her guidance was instrumental in helping us stay the course and remain focused on Lowry, the neighborhood that ultimately delivered for us the perfect balance of walkability, affordability, and desirability. When inventory was tight and many homes that looked good on paper turned out not to be right for us, Jennifer consistently provided calm, thoughtful counseling and helped us keep faith that the right house would eventually come along. One of the biggest advantages of working with Jennifer was her willingness to preview homes with us via FaceTime, saving us substantial time, expense, and unnecessary travel. These walkthroughs allowed us to quickly rule out properties with deal‑breaker flaws or odd design issues, without our having to commit to another trip to Denver. When the right house finally appeared, we were fully prepared to move quickly. Jennifer helped us construct a strong offer, connected us with an excellent mortgage broker, and then—together with her outstanding Paragon transaction management team—guided the deal smoothly from contract to close. Her experience was especially valuable during negotiations around a degraded roof discovered during inspection, helping us and the sellers reach a fair resolution despite insurance coverage complications. Jennifer truly went above and beyond for us, and we would recommend her without hesitation.

Jen was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She made the initial searching process easy by being very receptive to my constraints in house selection and gently guiding me towards things that I actually wanted/benefited me more instead of just what I thought I wanted (as a first time home buyer, I had no clue what I was doing). She was very accommodating to my schedule, making time on weekends to meet up with me and tour houses together, and even spending more time than originally planned at a house I really liked just to make sure I actually did like it enough to put in an offer. What really stood out to me was how well she used her network to my benefit - she knew the selling realtor and was able to call her and get honest information out of her that greatly increased my chances of getting the house I wanted. It almost felt like insider trading. She also helped me out immensely in the bidding war that ensued the day I put in my offer, and I definitely would not have gotten in that house I did if not for her efforts in that. Her guidance throughout the contract process was also top notch; she helped me find all the right people needed to come look at my house and ensure things were acceptable for me, and helped me set up a base for home maintenance moving forward. She was also a huge advocate for me at the closing table, helping me get my closing costs down to $0, as well as getting the seller to fix things up for me before I moved in. Overall had an absolutely wonderful experience working with her, 10/10 will be using her again the next time I move!

We purchased a home and sold a home with Jen. We couldn't be happier. In both instances, she always remained positive and assured us that we would find the home we loved and sell our home to the right buyer. She was correct both times! If we ever decide to sell our wonderful home in the future, we will be calling Jen!
