In our search for finding a home with more space and in our desired neighborhood, Jenn and Lisa were up for the challenge and they were with us every step of the way. From historic homes, to renovated homes, to new homes, they gave us market insights about each option we were interested in that we couldn’t have gotten from anyone else. When it comes to market pricing, Jenn and Lisa are always spot on. Negotiations, however, are their true specialty. A home buying experience is one that shouldn’t leave you with worry or more unanswered questions. The professionalism and communication from these two is absolutely top notch.

Having not sold a house before Lisa, Jenn & Kirsti helped guide us through the process with ease. The marketing was top notch and our 1928 Bungalow was under contract in 5 days with a backup contract. A few issues we didn't know about came up during the process and they were able to help us find the right professionals to help us fix the problems. One of things we liked is that Kirsti was at every showing since we were still living there. She was also there for the inspection and appraisal making sure everything went well. We had daily calls or group texts with updates, which gave us confidence in the process. We are looking forward to Keyseekers helping us find our new home in our new city and would definitely use them again!

My husband and I started looking for a home in St Pete in April. Jenn and Lisa were knowledgeable and professional with great attention to detail. They helped me sell my parents' home quickly after they passed less than 24 hours apart. I was in shock and trying to navigate the sale and my parents' funerals and handling their estate details from over 1,000 miles away. Jenn and Lisa made everything so easy; they had 12 offers on the house the first day it went public, and they walked me through the options for different kinds of buyers, helping us make the best choice. When the first sale fell through, they immediately secured a second buyer and saw the sale through to completion, getting me the best terms and price possible. I was especially appreciative that they never once pressured me to make any improvements to the house to get a better price; they immediately understood that I did not have the capacity to put any energy into selling the home after three long years of caring for my elderly parents. They did what was best for me; they went out of their way repeatedly to help make the entire process easier on me. They have a great network of colleagues as well; the title company they used was fantastic and helped us navigate a particularly difficult situation during an incredibly stressful time. The sale was handled so efficiently by Jenn and Lisa that the house was sold and closed just over two months after my parents' deaths. They were not just realtors; they became friends and supported me through one of the most difficult times in my life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
