Selling our house in west Drake, we had two priorities. The first was to skip the real estate drama. The second was to have the house go to a buyer who would enjoy the neighborhood. Jeff and partner Jodi did both. They helped price the house fairly and kept the process moving with solid, same day communication. We closed as scheduled, no drama. And they worked with the buyer's agent to ensure a happy start for the new owners.

We've seen a lot of homes on the market for longer than I would expect. I don't know what makes Jeff better than other realtors, but he moved our house in the timeframe we expected and at a price higher than expected.

Jeff assisted in every aspect of the sale of our home and we didn't feel stressed out by the process. We relocated out of state and couldn't perform the upkeep on the lot, so Jeff took care of it while the house was empty. 10 out of 10 would have repeat business with Jeff.
