I really cannot say enough good things about Latrice. From the first day I met her she was helpful and informative. She was great at explaining the entire home buying process. She was quick at getting me into listings that I wanted to see, and made the showing process quite easy. While showing houses she was great at pointing out details that I may not have thought about as a first time buyer. She walked me through the entire buying process and explained any details I did not understand. On top of all that she has a great personality, was fun to be around, and she's cool. What more could I ask for in a realtor.

Nathan has been absolutely wonderful to work with. We are first time home buyers and up until this point we werent sure if it were even possible for us to purchase the right home within our budget. Not only did he help us realize that it might be mire affordable than we think but he helped us learn about grants to talk to our lendor about. Nathan really took the time to sit down with us and figure out the perfect timeline and figure out our needs. He also had great recommendations while we were house hunting. He really advocated for our needs and made sure to keep great communication with the whole team (seller, seller agent, lendor, etc) If i could give more than 5 stars I would.
