Patrick knows the Des Moines market and surrounding areas very well. He knew exactly how many homes were for sale in the surrounding area and priced my home perfectly. He gave me great advice on how to prepare the house before putting it on the market. Patrick was very responsive while offers were coming and even after an offer was accepted. You can tell he truly has a passion for what he does.
