This was my first time selling a house, and I was very nervous going into it. Within 5 minutes of meeting her, Latrice had put me completely at ease. She was prepared with details of my home and the area that allowed her to have a plan in place immediately. She had a handful of suggestions right away of things that I could or should do to help prepare for selling. There were hiccups along the way, due to my house itself. But Latrice kept me informed and worked hard to get it done. She was also amazing about connecting me with contractors to complete some repairs that were needed and pushed to make sure everything was done right and that we had everything we needed. Selling a house is so stressful. I cannot imagine what this process would have been like without Latrice in my corner!

I really cannot say enough good things about Latrice. From the first day I met her she was helpful and informative. She was great at explaining the entire home buying process. She was quick at getting me into listings that I wanted to see, and made the showing process quite easy. While showing houses she was great at pointing out details that I may not have thought about as a first time buyer. She walked me through the entire buying process and explained any details I did not understand. On top of all that she has a great personality, was fun to be around, and she's cool. What more could I ask for in a realtor.
