21 years ago I purchased a new construction townhome in Des Moines. I moved out of state 15 years ago. When I decided to sell, I looked up the original realtor to see if she was still active in the business. She was!! Connecting with Dawn was easy. She was efficient, kept me in the loop and made the whole process easy since I live out of state! So if you’re looking for a great realtor….choose Dawn, she’s the Bomb!!!!

Selling our house in west Drake, we had two priorities. The first was to skip the real estate drama. The second was to have the house go to a buyer who would enjoy the neighborhood. Jeff and partner Jodi did both. They helped price the house fairly and kept the process moving with solid, same day communication. We closed as scheduled, no drama. And they worked with the buyer's agent to ensure a happy start for the new owners.

When we reached out to Jeff back in December, he was on vacation and still responded back quickly and put our worries at ease. We were moving from out of state and had a fairly tight timeline we were working with. It felt like Jeff moved mountains for us to get into the properties we wanted to see. He was incredibly flexible and super responsive. Once we found the house we wanted to bid on he was very helpful in putting in a fair and thoughtful offer. He communicated with us throughout the negotiation process and was very transparent. I genuinely don't know of a better real estate agent in the business as Jeff is truly the gold standard.
