Very patient and understanding and knowing that the right one will eventually come up

We had a long wait trying yo find the right home. Dawn was always friendly, willing and patient to show more homes to us. We fonally found the one.

Dawn’s deep knowledge of the local market was impressive—she priced and positioned our home perfectly, and it sold incredibly fast. From start to finish she handled every detail with complete professionalism and care, making us feel like we were in the very best hands the entire way. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother, more reassuring process. Highly recommend!

He went over and above what he had too Very much appricated

Selling our house in west Drake, we had two priorities. The first was to skip the real estate drama. The second was to have the house go to a buyer who would enjoy the neighborhood. Jeff and partner Jodi did both. They helped price the house fairly and kept the process moving with solid, same day communication. We closed as scheduled, no drama. And they worked with the buyer's agent to ensure a happy start for the new owners.

When we reached out to Jeff back in December, he was on vacation and still responded back quickly and put our worries at ease. We were moving from out of state and had a fairly tight timeline we were working with. It felt like Jeff moved mountains for us to get into the properties we wanted to see. He was incredibly flexible and super responsive. Once we found the house we wanted to bid on he was very helpful in putting in a fair and thoughtful offer. He communicated with us throughout the negotiation process and was very transparent. I genuinely don't know of a better real estate agent in the business as Jeff is truly the gold standard.

Susie helped me so much without her I probably wouldn’t be where I am today. Thank you so much

Selling a home is a stressful situation she took so much of the stress off my plate. So grateful for all her help & keeping me as calm as possible

Working with Susie was an incredible experience from start to finish. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth, organized, and even enjoyable. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and clear communication gave us confidence every step of the way. She went above and beyond to market our home beautifully, attract strong interest, and negotiate the best possible outcome. We truly felt like she had our best interest at heart at all times. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about their clients, I cannot recommend Susie enough. We are so grateful for everything she did to help us successfully sell our home!

She is very thorough and attentive always professional and a great person!!

Is the third time I have MICHELLE to help buying or selling houses? She’s always very professional and works hard to get you the best deal possible to communicate between us and the seller making the transaction Action simple and low stress. Next time I go to buy sell a house I will definitely call MICHELLE first. She is the greatest.

Best in the business! She listens and cares about her clients and that’s why we keep partnering together. To me Michelle sells experiences not just properties because we have great memories in these places. Excited for the next one!
