Dawn helped me on a whim on a memorial weekend Monday and helped me secure a deal by that Saturday on our dream home and are currently moved in now and I’m so thankful for her aggressive negotiations tactics and we got an amazing home for a very fair price with plenty of garage to make me happy as well as my wife Sadie with her dream kitchen and we are on a half acre to boot . I said within a 5 week span I wanted to be moved into my new home by my 23rd birthday and we secured it in 4 10/10 would let dawn sell this house in the future and help us find the next property in the county thanks Dawn edwards !

Tammy was an incredible asset during the sale of my home. She is friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her to anyone—especially first-time buyers or sellers—because of how thorough she is with details and explanations. My only regret is moving out of state and not being able to work with her on the purchase of my new home.
