Angela was wonderful throughout the entire homebuying process and was always willing to put us first to make sure we were happy. She always advocated for us and helped ensure that we had a smooth sailing process. Angela was great at explaining things that we did not know much about and always treated us as if we were her number 1 priority. She was a great communicator and was a very confident and competent realtor. Angela is an agent that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home as she makes the process a wonderful and enjoyable experience!

Angela made a very stressful experience amazing, she took so much stress and anxiety off of us so many different times. She always picked up the phone when we called and helped or solved the issue at hand immediately. Her intelligence and years of experience in the field was extremely handy due to the amount of curve balls this house sale threw at us. She always was finding solutions or advocating for us weather that was with the bank or the other realtor. I highly recommend Angela, one of her biggest strengths is her commitment and efficiency and that is so important when buying or selling your home.

We sold our house with Dawn and it was the first time we needed to sell a home. She walked us through the process and has lots of knowledge of the marketplace. She told us our house would sell very quickly and it sold the same day it was listed! We're very happy with Dawn and will recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

Dawn helped me on a whim on a memorial weekend Monday and helped me secure a deal by that Saturday on our dream home and are currently moved in now and I’m so thankful for her aggressive negotiations tactics and we got an amazing home for a very fair price with plenty of garage to make me happy as well as my wife Sadie with her dream kitchen and we are on a half acre to boot . I said within a 5 week span I wanted to be moved into my new home by my 23rd birthday and we secured it in 4 10/10 would let dawn sell this house in the future and help us find the next property in the county thanks Dawn edwards !

Dawn was always available and willing to drop what she was doing to show us any house. Dawn was very up front and honest with houses and even knew what we would like.
