Carrie was my agent when I bought my first house early in the Covid19 pandemic. The pandemic exasperated the normal stressors of being a first time homebuyer and Carrie was a huge support duirng that time. And we found my perfect house. When it became time to sell that house I reached back out to Carrie, this time as the seller. Carrie is so easy to work with because she is responsive and available. She was patient with my questions and stress. We got my house sold within a few months of listing which feels like a win in this current housing market. I would reach out to Carrie again for my next move.

My wife and I were already familiar with Carrie as she helped us purchase the same house we sold. She was very easy to communicate with and explained what was needed to get the house prepped. Was open with what the market was like in our area and what we would be able to expect. Would absolutely recommend to a friend/ family or colleague.

Good work, thanks Collin.

Collin made the home selling process so easy, he’s very professional but also down to earth and had great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend his services!

We’ve worked with Sarah multiple times, and she continues to be amazing. She helped us find our newest investment property and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She understands exactly what we’re looking for, is always responsive, knowledgeable, and truly has our best interests in mind. We love working with Sarah and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I've worked with Sarah for several years and she continues to go above and beyond in providing comprehensive service for her clients. She recently helped me close a difficult sale process after an initial sale had fallen through. She was persistent with several interested parties and ultimately was able to help secure a good buyer, and lead to a successful sale process. Appreciate Sarah's hard work to manage the details of this transaction!

Sarah was fantastic to work with throughout the process of finding our next investment property. She really understood what we were looking for as we continue to grow our rental portfolio and was always quick to answer questions, provide insight, and help us evaluate opportunities. Her knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and patience made the entire process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated having someone we could trust to guide us through every step. Highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to buy real estate, especially investment properties!
