This is the second time I have used Carrie and she always does a great job, very knowledgeable with lots of experience. She’s very clear with her communication and goes above and beyond outside of normal working hrs. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the webbers again!

Carrie helped sell my home while searching for our new place. It wasn’t an easy task, given market conditions, but she pulled it off. She’s very knowledgeable, having been a realtor for many years, but she’s also friendly, responsive, and a great representative to have in your corner, for such major, often stressful decisions.

This is our second time purchasing a home with Carrie’s help and she has always made the process so smooth for us. We didn’t think we were as ready as we were when she sent us this new home to peek at but man did she help get the ball rolling quick! From a smooth and simple application process to closing early- Carrie was there and supportive every step of the way. She does a phenomenal job with negotiations and getting communication back quick and effectively. The buying experience can always be a little challenging and she knows how to make it more exciting and enjoyable. She knows how to do her job and is darn good at doing so!

Carrie was my agent when I bought my first house early in the Covid19 pandemic. The pandemic exasperated the normal stressors of being a first time homebuyer and Carrie was a huge support duirng that time. And we found my perfect house. When it became time to sell that house I reached back out to Carrie, this time as the seller. Carrie is so easy to work with because she is responsive and available. She was patient with my questions and stress. We got my house sold within a few months of listing which feels like a win in this current housing market.
