She brought things to my attention that I didn’t even know I needed to think about. If I’m ever in the market to sell or buy a house again I will 100% be asking Niki for her expertise and assistance. Easy to communicate with, not too pushy but also motivated to help us find the right house. Kelly Schall is extremely good at what she does. She listens to what you want and need in a home. Her feedback during potential home visits is both honest and informative. She knows this area VERY well and provides good feedback based on observations of the neighborhood AND the home visited. Her market analysis of comparables is very helpful and informative as to pricing of the properties she shows. My particular home purchase after closing has some issues and she is working very hard with the listing agent to resolve (if they can be). I highly recommend Kelly as a realtor and if and when the day comes to need an agent again I will certainly use her. I will highly recommend her to folks!
