Becky helped me where to declutter, so the house would look more appealing. She was always there if we had any questions. She found us good repairmen when needed, which helped us out. She took alot of pressure off us. We highly recommend her. She knows her job well.

We met Jess when we needed to sell our townhome in Waukee, IA. We were already under contract on our new home and needed to sell fast so we wanted to see what other realtors had to offer. Jess had sold one of our neighbor’s homes within a day or two, so we decided to call. Best decision we could have made. She came to see the home on Tuesday, her amazing photographer Steve came out the next day (the pictures were so good I wanted to buy my own home again) The home went up on Friday and we had a contract by Saturday afternoon. We sold this home for more than any other townhome in the development, so it wasn't a giveaway sale. Jess is caring, incredibly organized, motivated, responsive and will fight for her clients. Her communication is first rate, she kept us updated with a weekly tracker so there would never be a surprise or concern throughout the process.
