We've seen a lot of homes on the market for longer than I would expect. I don't know what makes Jeff better than other realtors, but he moved our house in the timeframe we expected and at a price higher than expected.
Jeff assisted in every aspect of the sale of our home and we didn't feel stressed out by the process. We relocated out of state and couldn't perform the upkeep on the lot, so Jeff took care of it while the house was empty. 10 out of 10 would have repeat business with Jeff. And if you are reading this (Jeff), thank you from our family to you and yours. Jeff was amazing.
Jeff was phenomenal to work with. From day one, he was incredibly communicative, responsive, and proactive. We always felt informed and supported, and he made sure we understood every step of the process. What really sets Jeff apart is his ability to offer thoughtful, honest feedback while still being encouraging and steady. Buying or selling a home can be such an emotional process. When we reached out to Jeff back in December, he was on vacation and still responded back quickly and put our worries at ease. We were moving from out of state and had a fairly tight timeline we were working with. It felt like Jeff moved mountains for us to get into the properties we wanted to see.
