We wish there were ratings higher than 5 out of 5, because that is what we would give Derek and Gina Gilbert. It is scary and hard to pick a real estate agent to sell one of your biggest and most important assets you own....you're home. Well we picked the right team - The Gilbert Group of Compass Realty, Derek and Gina Gilbert. They were a calming and positive influence on us through the entire process. If I had to point out ONLY one of Derek's strengths, it would be his ability to negotiate. He got us 35% above the list price we set by working the bids. Absolutely amazing.
