I would not hesitate to give Debbie 10 stars, if they would let me. She is extraordinarily hard working, dependable, very capable, and so knowledgeable. If I was not leaving the state, I would use her for life. She is so amazing, you will not go wrong with her. I could ask a million questions and she was so patient and kind. She treats all of her clients as million dollar clients. I cannot recommend her high enough!

As a first time home buyer (who is also relatively new to the CO market) we weren't sure on how to go about finding an agent so we just had Zillow match us with one... And I can't believe how lucky we got getting matched with Debbie! I'd recommend her to anyone, any day. When we first met and told her we were first timers, not only she gave us a lot of info on what to look for and what to expect through the process, but she also encouraged us to contact and work with other agents, prior to finalizing who to move forward with. I think that in itself says a lot about Debbie's character. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the area, not just the housing market, but also different builders and what each are known for. We would be looking at a house and she could tell us what the good/bad were likely to be about it based on year and builder. She was never late to showings and arranged showings in an instant when we requested to see houses. Once she got to know us and our preferences (which was quick!) she also sent us recommendations on potential showings, which we appreciated as we could've skipped on some of the houses she could tell would work for us, even when we couldn't. We had several showings with her on weekends (up to six in a day!) yet she never made us feel like we "asked for too much". Not once did we feel pressured or uncomfortable working with her; and at every single point along this process we could tell Debbie had our best interests at heart, 100% of the time. On top of all this, she's always available via text/phone/email and always got back to our questions/comments the same day - majority of the time within the hour if not within minutes! Honestly I don't think our search process would have been this smooth without her help and expertise.

Debbie is by far the best realtor I have ever had! She bent over backwards to make sure our house got sold. Her knowledge and negotiation skills are top notch! To not choose her for your next realtor would be a mistake!

Debbie is incredible. She took the time to listen to me and ask questions to be able to customize the search for me. She brought up ideas I had not thought of and was very patient. I have no doubt that I will ask her to sell my place I bought when the time comes and to help me shop for a new place. Her knowledge and experience were great, but her kindness, compassion, and care are what won me over. I wish there were more categories for recommending because I'd give her more five stars.

When we first met Debbie we had warned her it was our first time buying a home and she would probably get asked a million questions and need to explain further than answering a simple question. Debbie handled things so professionally, she was always available, she listened but provided honest feedback, when she felt uncomfortable with a house she let me know, she was on time, she was just there EVERY step of the way! I absolutely LOVE her! Even after we moved in to our dream home, she still is there when we had questions! I highly recommend her!

Debbie is what I call "good people," both personally and professionally. She'll stop on a dime to address a question or an issue and is always quick with a reply if she's busy. She's knowledgeable in all aspects of the profession, and uses that to her (and your) advantage when navigating all the quirks and hang-ups of the trade. Debbie doesn't miss or forget anything; she made my home-buying experience very painless. She also takes care of veterans with the Homes for Heroes program, taking a large chunk out of closing costs by contributing a portion of her commission to the buyer in that manner. Debbie was recommended to me by a friend; I'll recommend her to anyone.
