Christina helped me buy my first home in Lowry. So many things stand out about her! First, she is extremely available - she always got back to me really quickly no matter how small my question or what time or day I sent it. She did a great job paying attention to what I was looking for. When we found my dream home, she was phenomenal advocating for me and that is where I live now. During the whole process, I got check-ins / updates twice weekly so I knew where everything was in the process. When I got the home and moved in, she has remained an excellent resource who still helps me when I have any question. I am using her to help my parents find a home in Denver after they retire. I had so much peace of mind through this first-time buying experience.

Christina was so helpful in suggestions in how to prepare our home for selling. She gave us quick responses when I called and found information when we needed assistance with best practices when selling. We had a contract in 5 days. She was also our realtor on our new home and has been there on ever step to confirm we understand all the information.

My husband and I are fairly new to the Denver area, so we had zero connections to a local realtor. I actually worked with Christina’s husband and had overheard that she sold real estate, so I thought I would start there on my search for an agent. That was the beginning and the end of our search; Christina is wonderful! Even though we were in the beginning stages of our search for a home, Christina welcomes us with open arms and even invited us to an ice cream social party at her office to meet the whole team. We knew we were in the right place. She immediately took down a list of our requests and set us up with a customized MLS search so we could get a feel for the market. Once we were closer to our target date, we sat down and hammered out the details and Christina answered every single one of our first-time-homebuyer questions without hesitation. She was very thorough at explaining the entire process to us and made sure we knew she was in our corner at all times. She was extremely responsive through email and phone whenever we needed her. She even checked in with our lender a few times to make sure everything was going smoothly. We got lucky that we found a property we loved on her MLS listing, so we didn’t really have the experience of touring many homes, but she made it very clear she would take us anywhere, anytime to make sure we got what we were looking for. The entire process was extremely easy and I can’t thank Christina enough for making it such a pleasant, positive experience for us!

Christina not only helped us understand the process but made every step of the process stress-free. She is always keeping up on the items that need to be addressed and even dealt with my whole family who had questions too.
