We moved to the Denver area as part of a job relocation, and only had one week to look for housing. We started our search with the realtor the relocation company provided, and ended up wasting the first several days. Needless to say we were starting to feel hopeless. With only a few days left in our search, we called Carol. After our initial phone call she immediately put together a game plan, and we began our search again. It was clear she really got what our wants and needs were, and our feelings of hopelessness faded away. After two days we were able to find a new-build home we absolutely loved. Knowing that we were out of state, she regularly checked in on the house for us, and helped us every step of the way in the building process. Leading up to closing, she was able to help us with all of our out-of-state questions and made the process the day of smooth and easy. Even after closing she has continued to be a valuable resource, helping with recommendations for various services and contacts in the area. We are so lucky to have had her as our realtor, and would absolutely work with her again if a future need arises.

Carol was able to expedite the sale of the home with professionalism and in an efficient way. She was able to contact contractors to get estimates for repairs before the house could be sold and was able to negotiate with those workmen to get a fair price. She was always available to call and ask questions on progress of the sale and closing. I would highly recommend Carol.

Very professional and personable, Carol exceeded our expectations in developing the sales brochure and providing 2 open houses. She coordinated a variety of appointments for service calls while we were out of state.
