Brian and Aimee DeLuccio

We had a really wonderful experience with Brian and Aimee DeLuccio. They were very patient with us throughout the entire process of looking for a house and going through with the purchase. They were very knowledgeable about judging the pricing of the houses we looked at, and describing what problems we may encounter, and what the cost of repair would be. We dragged them all over the place, and they were happy to help, with a very quick response time. I would recommend the DeLuccios any time.

Aimee has a gift in being attentive and responsive throughout the process, without making one feel pressured to act in spite of concerns that may arise. We only worked with Aimee. I've had poor experiences with realtors so I'm tough to please. Amy is the most patient person in the world. She doesn't give up. And I really thought she cared about making our dreams come true. She did a great job.

We were new to Colorado and had many questions. 0) They were very nice. We never felt as if we were being pushed to make a decision. 1) We were very impressed with their knowledge of the various communities and if asked something obscure they found the answers for us. 2) We were always kept up to date with current inventory and what had just hit the market. They were there for us! They took us to all the homes that met our criteria and to even others so we could compare. They always provided the info to the homes prior to our meetings so we could make the best use of our time. 3) When we found the property, they kept us abreast of the process and were knowledgeable of the fine details. Couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend.
