They were very knowledgeable about judging the pricing of the houses we looked at, and describing what problems we may encounter, and what the cost of repair would be. We were not working with an agent and met Brian and Aimee when we had some interest in a house listed on Zillow. After a couple of outings with the two of them, we worked exclusively with Aimee and were impressed with her resourcefulness in getting intel about communities she didn't know, and her bulldog attitude in working on our behalf.
