Brad Miklovich is a full-time Realtor with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty and the Bradley Alan Group, helping home buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout Northeast Ohio. Based in Stow, Ohio, Brad specializes in residential real estate, investment properties, multifamily real estate, and commercial real estate. He serves clients throughout Stow, Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Kent, Streetsboro, Twinsburg, Akron, and surrounding Summit and Portage County communities. Brad began his real estate career with Keller Williams Chervenic Realty in 2013. In his first year in real estate, he sold 89 homes and later founded the Bradley Alan Group. Since then, Brad and his team have helped buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors navigate residential and investment real estate transactions throughout Northeast Ohio. Brad earned a bachelor's degree from the University of Toledo with a background in Finance and Commercial Real Estate. His combination of real estate experience and financial analysis allows him to help clients evaluate not only the property itself, but also the financial considerations involved in buying, selling, and investing in real estate.
