His path into real estate wasn’t traditional.
As a kid working in his father’s Chinese restaurant, Bill chose pizza and spaghetti so often his parents considered sending him back to Hong Kong. For a while, he thought he might be Italian. In school, expectations were low — but after multiple rejections, he was accepted to Georgetown University, surprising just about everyone.
He later spent 10 years in New York City working in the restaurant business, including Windows on the World at the World Trade Center and Sardi’s in the theater district, where he developed the service mindset and attention to detail that still define his work today.
Since moving to Colorado in the late 1980s, Bill has built a referral-based business grounded in trust, consistency, and long-term relationships. He has earned the Denver 5280 Five Star Real Estate Agent award for 16 years and ranks in the top 15% of agents within his brokerage.
