It was a complete pleasure working with Bill and his team. His knowledge and experience allowed the property to be sold in a timely manner despite the challenging market for sellers. Bill was very familiar with the area and any HOA related questions that came up during the inspection process. His knowledge also was very helpful with any concerns that the buyer had regarding the property and the neighborhood.
