Moving from California to Florida for work, with little or no knowledge of the area seemed to be a daunting experience. Fortunately, NG paired us with Barbara Zorn who made the experience so incredibly easy. She showed us a number of properties in our house hunting trips and when we found the home of our dreams, she made everything happen! We have been involved with many Realtors in our numerous moves, but Barbara is simply the best— I cannot praise her highly enough.

Barbara is a fantastic realtor for both buyers and sellers. With Barbara and her team on our side, our home was on the market for less than two weeks before it sold! Later on when we wanted a condo, Barbara helped us find the perfect fit for us (we needed a complex that allowed a big dog!). I highly recommend her services for both buying and selling. When she is your agent, she puts you and your needs first. Update 2023: Seamless Experience in a Tight Housing Market. Barbara Zorn and her team sold our home within one week! She hooked us up with an excellent painter and estate sale business. Then she helped us navigate the low inventory of homes. She took us house hunting multiple times and, due to her connections, even showed us some houses before they came on the market. From beachside to Palm Bay, Melbourne, Viera, Rockledge, and Merritt Island, she knew neighborhoods and knew us well enough to know which houses we'd like and which ones we would not. Ultimately we found the "Unicorn," and thanks to Barbara's connections with a loan officer, we closed on that house exactly one month later, to the day. We highly recommend Barbara for any of your buying or selling needs.

Amy Wilson was extremely helpful and very available through our entire process. She had so much knowledge about our areas of interest and guided us through so many decisions to help us find our dream home. Amy Wilson is very professional and is such a joy to work with.

What an awesome team. I could not have picked a better realtor. Recommendations for movers, cleaning service, handy man jobs etc were perfect as was price setting and ease of closure Highly recommended. Barbara’s team goes above and beyond 2 homes were both sold in days for above asking price

Laura did a great job screening potential homes and setting appointment times with us. Very professional and very well informed about the areas we were interested in viewing. Her communication with us was great. She kept us well informed with each potential home we looked at. Brenda did a FANTASTIC job getting us through some big issues with Flood Insurance and dealing constantly with our lenders. She called me almost daily to keep us abreast of how our closing was transpiring I will gladly refer your company to other potential buyers or sellers

Amy Wilson was fantastic. Extremely responsive, informative and helpful. We could always count on her to get us what we needed, when we needed it.

Whether you are buying or selling, Barbara is the only choice. She goes above and beyond! I highly recommend her!
