I must say the Real Estate sign was posted in a timely manner. The day the sign appeared several potential buyers filled the drive and the street. I was informed by both buyers and their realtors told me they were there for the open house. I would have expected have my representative to be present. The same was the case the next day. Your representative was not present. I only remember seeing her at the contract signing. Fortunately your advertising package brought in several good prospects. Some of the realtors that came with the buyers were very upset when the could not reach my Agent or anyone at the number on the sign. I have several years in sales and I did my best to answer questions. I had come to finish getting my property and clean final items. I spent a couple hours answering questions from Ron, Mary Lindquist and their adult Daughter. Ron and I agreed he should buy my house. Thank you for finding a buyer that was perfect. We are already family friends.
