Laura Almand is an excellent, thoughtful, tenacious agent. Although she knew up front that we were not in a rush to find a home, she continued to send us potential opportunities, set up walk throughs and worked with us on an almost daily basis. There were several other real estate agents that said they wanted to find us a home. Laura was the only one that DID. Having been a business owner I really appreciated how she stated with us to find the right home. We couldn't be more pleased with her and the home.

Our agent was Anne Sylvestri who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the market. She was able to list, show, and contract the house in about 2 weeks in spite of my family’s internal disagreements. Ultimately the home was sold above asking price and no contingencies within 2 months. If any posting is negative on this transaction it would come from the disgruntled family member that refused to accept Anne’s advice.
