Barbara is an incredible agent. She was able to so beautifully present our home and advertise it on a large scale. She was so amazingly successful in reaching potential buyers that we received multiple offers within the first four days our home was on the market. Our first day on the market we had our first offer. Barbara was able to achieve what our previous agent was not able to do in 50 days. Barbara is completely invested in representing you and in getting your house sold. She goes over and above to ensure you understand what is occurring and is a great support. She thoroughly researches your market area and has a solid plan to get your home sold. Barbara is the quintessential real estate agent and will absolutely sell your home. I'm deeply grateful to Barbara for her compassion and expertise.

Barbara Zorn and her team (especially Brenda and Beth) were pivotal in selling property for me. I live out of state, and had inherited property I didn’t even know about. The team at better homes and Gardens were not only professional, but extremely personable as well. Anytime I ever had a question or concern, someone was there to address the situation immediately. If I could give them 10 stars I absolutely would! If you have chosen this team to purchase or sell property then you are in the best hands possible.

A very great experience to have dealt with This Real Estate Team. Always responsive, pleasant, and informative. Thanks, Jennifer L. Johnson

Barbara and her team made selling my mothers home so easy from start to finish. With Barbara's knowledge and experience, the entire transaction was smooth and everything was taken care of very quickly for us. It was reassuring knowing we were in good hands throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Barbara Zorn if you need to sell your home!

My wife and I recently relocated from the Carolina's to Merritt island. We contacted Barbara and she put us in contact with one of her team members, Laura Almand. I cannot say enough about Laura, I was career military. I've probably averaged buying or selling a home every two years. I've worked with a lot of agents and she was definitely the best!

Barbara did a GREAT job selling our unit at the Buccaneer Beach Club in Satellite Beach. Frankly, she exceeded our expectations by rolling up her sleeves and taking a hands on approach from every angle and aspect. Interior decoration to working the math and setting a price point. We couldn’t have done it without her!

My agent kept forgetting things

I was an absentee seller, so I needed a broker who I could rely on completely. Barbara Zorn and her staff exceeded my expectations in that regard. Barbara has tremendous knowledge of the Space Coast real estate market. What I appreciated the most were her always prompt and helpful communications. Whenever there was a question or an issue, she and her staff addressed it immediately, which was very important to me. I strongly recommend Barbara Zorn for her knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism.

Barbara and Ann came well prepared with their presentation to list the house for sale. They were very knowledgeable about the area and the current listing prices. Their professionalism is outstanding. They were always available to answer any questions we had. I would recommend their company to future sellers.

Barbara was instrumental in the sale of our house. She offered a lot of advice during the process. Her team was always helpful and answered questions quickly. She would intervene with the purchasing realtor when they started to become overbearing. She was a true advocate for us.

Barbara's knowledge of Brevard county was extremely helpful in targeting potential buyers. And her network of agents led to daily tours multiple times, needless to say in less than a week we had the offer that i think everyone both buyer and seller were pleased with.

Barbara and her team were great to work with. I highly recommend using Barbara. Best agent in town!!
