She was able to list, show, and contract the house in about 2 weeks in spite of my family’s internal disagreements. Ultimately the home was sold above asking price and no contingencies within 2 months. If any posting is negative on this transaction it would come from the disgruntled family member that refused to accept Anne’s advice.
